Fee Schedule
Retainer: $1500 (Pays for first 10 hours of investigation)
Hourly Rate: $150 (After retainer has been exhausted)
Deposition: $200 hr.
Court: $250 hr.
Expenses: Fuel, Lodging, Transportation fees such as airline tickets, Equipment use, and misc. expenses are all billed at face value. There are no add ons. Fuel is calculated by gallons used at the average rate at the time of billing. Receipts are retained as proof for billing.
Conditions
Retainer must be paid in full in order for work to begin. Retainer covers all work for the first 10 hours and is non-refundable. Driving time to a job is charged at the hourly rate. Flight time to a job is billed at a flat rate, contact JFCI for details. After 10 hours the retainer is exhausted and the hourly rate begins and is rounded off to the nearest 1/4 hour. Billing occurs every 30 days and payment in full is expected within 30 days of receipt. Failure to pay in full could delay the completion of the investigation or service. Case consultations or reviews are accepted and fees are negotiated based on the type and amount of work needed.
