
Often times clients may contact JFCI for jobs that may not rise to the level of full reconstruction. They may need assistance in other areas of the investigation. They may need assistance in locating witnesses, conducting interviews, photographing scenes or receiving a second opinion.
JFCI accepts inquires into supportive investigative services. These services are discussed prior to acceptance of the duties involved and fees are decided on a case by case basis. JFCI also remains open to all full reconstruction duties should a client feel the need to expand the investigation. At the time of request for a full reconstruction the fee schedule will take affect.
JFCI is also available for case consultation and jury selection. Mr. Jones has been proven effective in the selection of juries over his many years of experience. In each case prosecuted by Sgt. Jones he played an active role in reviewing juror questionares and juror interview questioning. In each case the jury selected returned a verdict favorable to the prosecution. Mr. Jones is able to review your case and assist in providing a profiled type of juror that you would want to hear your case.
Case consultation is an important aspect of case preparation. In many cases a client may want to have a crash reviewed for insight on:
1. Case merit
2. Investigative direction
3. Examination and cross examination line of questioning of lay and expert witnesses
4. Crash explanation
5. Review and evaluation of other expert reports
JFCI will meet with you if you wish to discuss your case and get insight into any one of these important aspects. Fees are on a case by case basis.
